What payment methods are accepted on Juptor ?

We accept a variety of payment methods including:

• Pay on Delivery allows for payment in cash, or with a credit/debit card, bank transfer, or Mastercard, or Mobile Money upon delivery.

• Juptor Pay accepts payment through Mastercard, Visa cards, and bank transfers.

• Mobile Money enjoy the convenience of paying with or without your wallet using options like Mtn and Airtel at checkout.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Note: Please be aware that some items/orders may not be eligible for cancelation or Changing.

If your order was prepaid, please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method:

  • If payment was made by bank card, your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and it may take 1 – 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
  •  If payment was made using Mobile Money, the refund will be credited back to the original payment source used for the purchase within 48 or 72 hours.
  • If payment was made with a Voucher, your voucher will be reactivated within 48 hours for use.
